Swedish Massage
The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood, and release toxins from the muscles. Swedish massage shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. Your therapist may utilize their hands, forearms and/or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve mental and physical health.
Medical Massage
Each individual presents with a diagnosis and a prescription, and after a thorough assessment/evaluation by a licensed massage therapist, the specific desired outcomes become the basis for treatment. Medical Massage differs from a traditional Swedish Massage in that this type of massage incorporates variations of Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Therapeutic Stretching. This type of massage is an intensive and effective tool for reaching rapid and sustained results in relation to various ailments and disorders.
Swedish Massage + Sinus Relief
Traditional Swedish Massage with Sinus Relief. Massaging the sinuses is thought to help sinus pain and congestion by relieving pressure and helping the sinus drain out mucus. The gentle pressure and warmth from the hands may also help by increasing blood circulation to the area by simulating the lymphatic system to filter out the body's toxins and waste through lymph vessels. It also circulates infection-fighting white blood cells, encouraging a more resilient immune response.
Swedish Massage + Head/Scalp
Traditional Swedish Massage with Head/Scalp added on for 15 minutes to your massage. A scalp massage is a head massage designed to relax the mind and encourage circulation. Many times, tension is felt within the head and neck, so scalp massages can be very effective as a stress reducer. The therapist massages throughout the scalp, working to relax tight muscles in the temple and neck regions.
Swedish Massage + Oxygen Therapy
Enjoy a Half Hour or Hour therapeutic, relaxing massage in one of our serene massage therapy rooms. Immediately following your massage, you will be led to our calming respite room, where you can enjoy a Half Hour of Aroma-Infused Oxygen Therapy. During this time, you are welcome to rest your eyes and relax or read one of the many books in our quaint library. (With this service, the initial $7 Reusable Nasal Cannula fee is waived.) Aromatherapy Massage
Enjoy a relaxing, rejuvenating aromatherapy massage and discover the healing properties of Essential Oils. During this treatment, your massage therapist will infuse Essential Oils into your massage oil. The massage causes your circulation to increase and the oils are absorbed through the skin and carried throughout the body, allowing their healing effects to permeate through your skin.
Reflexology Massage
Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the hands, feet, and ears which correspond to glands, organs, and various parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can naturally help your body overcome health problems without the use of medicine, needles, or machines. Sports Massage
Sports Massage is a special form of massage, typically used before, during, and after athletic events. This type of massage is used to prepare the athlete for peak performance; To drain away fatigue, relieve swelling and muscle tension, and to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries. This is a faster-paced massage, which also incorporates various stretches, assisted by your therapist.
Couples Massage
A couples massage is a relaxing body partner massage with healing purposes and can be customized for to the clients’ needs. Its purpose is to create a peaceful environment to balance people’s bodies, minds and energies, regardless of the physiotherapy or aesthetic treatments they choose.

Pregnancy Massage
Prenatal massage is a treatment similar to traditional Swedish Massage, as it aims to calm the tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and to improve relaxation. Prenatal massage is customized to the needs of each pregnant mother and their changing bodies. Each therapist is trained in prenatal massage and bolsters the expectant mother to ensure comfort and support throughout the treatment.
Chair Massage
Chair massage - also known as seated massage - is a type of massage that takes place on an traditional massage chair, designed to take the weight off the spine and give easy access to the head, neck, back, shoulders and arms. The massage is most commonly done over the clothes and does not require oils or creams. Chair massage is available for those who prefer not to lay down on the massage table.
